Description:

For the first week of Spring Break, spend your days with us! We will create a dynamic musical with performances on Fri Mar 16th and Sat Mar 17th at 7:00pm. Together we will: learn the musical score, cast speaking parts, create dramatic roles, assist in set design and completion, and as always, have time for games and swimming. Snacks are provided, please bring your own lunch, space is limited to 40 children.

This is an exciting series for both those new to the Christian faith and the study of such, and those who are looking to renew and deepen their understandings of some of the basic issues in contemporary Christian practice and theology. In the 5 sessions we engage with best-selling author and theologian Marcus Borg. The questions: Who is Jesus? Who is God? What is salvation? How do we practice our faith? How do we live in community?

Come and see a documentary film that details some of the spirituality and mysticism at the heart of sacred geometry as exemplified in the Chartres Cathedral and its labyrinth. Then delight in a relaxing stroll on the newly refinished labyrinth in the church hall, which is an almost exact replica of the Chartres model. If you’ve not tried it before you may discover what the time-honoured practice of sacred walking has in store for your soul.  Light lunch is provided.
